How to check a page
- You never mark a cell as correct. Read the page against the scan and change only what is wrong: type in a cell to correct it (turns yellow), press ✕ to remove a cell the AI invented (press ↶ to put it back).
- Then press ✓ Page reviewed. Every cell you left alone is accepted as read, and the next page opens by itself. Keyboard: Ctrl+Shift+Enter.
- Cells in grey italics are the pre-printed form text (headings, the BMR/product/batch strip). They are matched against the rest of the document and accepted for you.
- The header at the top of each page stays — it holds that page's printed Page X of Y, which the record needs.
- + Row / + Col add what the AI missed · ✕ on a row or ✕ Table removes a whole row/table · double-click a cell for a bigger editor · Ctrl+Z undoes.
- ⟳ Re-read this page gives you one re-read per page, with a stronger AI model. It replaces every cell on the page, so use it when the whole page came out badly — not for one cell.
- Alt+→ / Alt+← move between pages · Enter / Shift+Enter move between cells.
- On the scan: double-click to zoom in where you clicked (again to fit) · drag or scroll to move · Ctrl+wheel to zoom.
- Once you Submit, the job is with the reviewer and you cannot submit again; press ✎ Reopen & edit if you need to change something, then submit it once more.
